What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is deeply rooted in Buddhist tradition that can be traced all the way back to the Buddha. Mindful Meditation is a type of seated Meditation which involves paying careful attention to your breathing & the present state of your body to bring about complete relaxation. Mindful Meditation differs from most types of Meditation in that it promotes an inward focus on the self & the body's current state.
