Autoimmune diseases occur when a person's own immune system goes a little bit haywire & begins to attack the body's own tissue as if it where foreign tissue or disease. Try making your own powerful massage oil by blending some of these anti-inlfammatory Essential Oils into a Carrier Oil. When creating your own massage oil, start by blending a small amount of oils together in one teaspoon of Carrier Oil so that you can be sure you are creating a blend that you will enjoy & that will work for you.
Once you have come up with a blend of Essential Oils that you like, start by blending 30 drops of Essential Oil per 100ml of Carrier Oil. You can add more Essential Oils for a more powerful massage oil. Be sure to add additional Essential Oils slowly.
While all of these oils have powerful anti-inflammatory properties, adding too much Essential Oil to your anti-inflammatory massage oil could lead to skin irritation.
