Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera gel is naturally very cooling. Adding Aloe to your All-Natural First Aid kit is essential for treating sunburns & minor kitchen-related scalds & burns.
Arnica Ointment, or gel, should be kept on hand to treat sore muscles, bruises, strains, & minor sprains. Made from Arnica Herbal Oil, Arnica Ointment is very anti-inflammatory, & can be massaged into swollen & achy joints. As a precaution, avoid applying Arnica to broken skin.

Chamomile Essential Oil
